Renovation of existing dwelling, loft conversion and extensions.
The works consisted of the design and construction of an existing 1980s detached dwelling. The roof was removed, old poorly designed and constructed extensions removed and new extensions added. One of the extensions was constructed from oak. The loft conversion has two balcony’s formed within the roof slopes.
Accommodation included:
• 5 Bedrooms – En-Suite
• Orangey and Oak structured extensions
• Master suite loft conversion
