Renovation of Existing Dwelling, Including the Construction of a Single Storey and Double Storey Extension.
This project involved the design and construction of an extension and refurbishment for a 1940s detached house. The existing kitchen and rear of the home were too small to accommodate the needs of this modern family. Our solution included extensions to create a spacious, open-plan living area with aluminum sliding doors that seamlessly connect to a newly designed courtyard. The master bedroom features a Juliet balcony offering views of the expansive garden.

• Extensive additional modern living area to the rear
