Renovation of existing dwelling, including the construction of a single storey and double storey extension.
The works consisted of the design and construction of an existing 1940s detached dwelling. The rear of the house including the kitchen was to small for this modern family. We designed and constructed extensions to create a whole family living space with aluminium sliding doors all opening on to a newly formed court yard. The master bedroom has a Juliet balcony looking out on the large garden.

• Extensive additional modern living area to the rear
