Kirkby Tyres Industrial Estate Expansion

This project involved the design and implementation of a 7,000 square meter expansion of an existing storage and distribution facility. Paul Ennis & Company Ltd provided comprehensive design services, encompassing site planning, warehouse design, roadway infrastructure, ancillary buildings, and associated services. Following successful planning approval, the project proceeded to tender. Paul Ennis & Company Ltd then assembled and managed a team of specialists to execute the detailed design and construction phases.
